Illustrative capacity model, not a Tellerbird quote or a guaranteed saving. Reclaimed time is capacity value; it is not automatically a reduction in payroll.

See the calculation and assumptions +

Monthly hours = people × weekly hours saved × 52 ÷ 12 × adoption. Capacity value = hours × fully loaded hourly cost. First-year cost includes 12 months of running cost plus implementation. First-year ROI = (annual capacity value − first-year cost) ÷ first-year cost. Payback assumes the full modelled benefit starts immediately and stays constant; rollout time, taxes and financing are excluded. Add any required data licences, support or other recurring costs to the monthly inputs. Review time should already be deducted from your hours-saved assumption.

Model access and billing depend on the chosen provider and integration. Subscription entitlements and API usage can be separate. Example: OpenAI billing terms ↗

Before we talk

A few practical
questions.

What is Tellerbird?

Tellerbird brings bespoke AI into the daily work of financial firms. We connect your data, research, client work and operations in one system, configured around your team. Your people work through a desktop workspace, chat and the operational apps their roles need.

Who is it built for?

Boutique investment banks, independent wealth and asset managers, and multi-family offices with experienced teams and repetitive operational work. We also configure workflows for private-equity and corporate-development teams. We start with a defined team, a useful workflow and an accountable owner.

Are these live product screens?

The interactive examples on this website use fictional records to show how the work fits together. The reported results come from an August 2026 deployment case study at a Singapore investment bank and multi-family office. Client-facing Know Your Agent remains on the roadmap.

Does Tellerbird give investment advice?

No. Positions and scenarios are calculated in code. The AI drafts an explanation. Advice and outbound work are held for a named person to review and approve; the model cannot approve its own action.

Where does our data live?

Tellerbird is deployed as a single-tenant system inside the firm's perimeter, using the firm's own model subscriptions. The deployment and connected systems are configured against the institution's requirements.

What does it cost?

Pricing follows your scope: the workflows, users, integrations and support you need. Your proposal separates implementation, the recurring Tellerbird fee, and the model and infrastructure budget. The calculator on this page uses editable example costs; it is not a quote.

Can we bring our own models and subscriptions?

Yes. Keep your vendor contracts and choose supported subscription connections, approved APIs or local models for suitable tasks. Availability, included usage and billing depend on the provider and integration. A chat subscription does not automatically include API usage.

What is Know Your Agent?

The roadmap for admitting a client's own assistant as a named, scoped participant. The bank would verify the assistant, set its permissions and expiry, record each request, and retain the ability to revoke access. Advice would still go to the relationship manager.

How do we see it with our own workflow?

Book a walkthrough. We can work through your onboarding process, reporting requirements or a typical relationship-manager task, then map what a deployment would need.
